INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION AND TO BID
1. The QUIRINO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (QUIRELCO), through its General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of kiloWatt-hour (kWh) Meter Covers/Boxes of QUIRELCO to wit;

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Bid Opening.
3. QUIRELCO now invites bidders for the Supply and Delivery of kiloWatt-hour (kWh) Meter Covers/Boxes. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
4. Bidders should have satisfactorily conducted a Supply and Delivery of kiloWatt-hour (kWh) Meter Covers/Boxes project/s within the last three (3) years as of the date of submission and receipt of bids or a contract similar to the project to be bid.
5. Bidding will be conducted through Sealed Canvass/Bid procedure. Failure to submit the required document under the bidding documents or the submission of a document which does not comply with the requirements shall be rated “failed”.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the QUIRELCO Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the address given below.

7. Interested Bidders are required to register for accreditation with the BAC Secretariat through payment of a non-refundable Accreditation Fee of Php 5,000.00. A Certificate of Accreditation will be valid for one year.
8. Bids must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before March 17, 2025 not later than 9:00 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 7. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bid Opening will be on March 17, 2025, 1:30 P.M.
9. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 7. The bidder may opt to deposit its bid security to the bank account provided below.
10. QUIRELCO Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
