- The QUIRINO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (QUIRELCO), through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting all interested Suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BILLING INVOICE to wit:

2. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) Clause 5.
3. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar projects within the last three (3) years.
4. Interested bidders are required to register for accreditation with the BAC Secretariat through payment of a non-refundable Accreditation Fee of Php 5,000.00. Certificate of Accreditation will be valid for one year.
5. Bidding will be conducted through Simplified Bidding (Sealed Canvass) procedure. Failure to submit the required documents under the bidding documents or the submission of a document which does not comply with the legal formalities shall be rated “failed”.
6. Bids must be submitted to the address below. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. Late bids will not be accepted. The bidder may opt to deposit its bid security to the bank account provided below.
7. The QUIRELCO Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
