Lot 1- Supply and Delivery of Brand New Electrical Hardware Materials Lot 2- Supply and Delivery of Brand New Conductor and Guy Wires
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10531 and the applicable Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives, this Supplemental Bid Bulletin is hereby issued to amend and clarify certain provisions of the Bidding Documents for the Supply and Delivery of Brand-New Electrical Hardware Materials and the Supply and Delivery of Conductor and Guy Wires.
The following amendments are issued to ensure clarity, consistency, and reasonable project implementation, while promoting fair, transparent, and competitive participation among prospective bidders.
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. All provisions of the Bidding Documents not otherwise modified herein shall remain in full force and effect. Any provision inconsistent with this Supplemental Bid Bulletin is hereby amended, modified, and superseded accordingly.
