- Quirino Electric Cooperative (QUIRELCO), through the 2023 Cash Operating Budget (COB)- General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,160,000.00) (inclusive of all applicable taxes) covering ten (10) months of Security Services.
- Quirino Electric Cooperative now invites bids for the Supply of Security Services. Delivery of the Services is required within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the Contract/Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have a completed or an on-going contract, within three (3) years as of date of submission and receipt of bids, similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section V (Instructions to Bidders).
- Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
- Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Quirelco at the address given below from 8AM to 4PM Mondays to Fridays except
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from March 22, 2023 to April 10, 2023, not later than 4:00 PM from the given address and e-mail address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00) and applicable accreditation fee of Two Thousand (₱2,000.00) Pesos.
- Quirino Electric Cooperative will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 29, 2023 at 9:00 AM. Only those who purchased the Bidding Documents will be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
- Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before April 11, 2023, 8:30 A.M. Bid Opening shall be on April 11, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. at QUIRELCO Main Office, Aurora East, Diffun, Quirino. Late bids shall not be accepted and bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
- All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 12.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
- Quirelco reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or
