Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 08-2023

Supplemental Bid Bulletin No.08-2023 is being
issued to add certain provisions in the Bidding Documents for the aforementioned
project;

ADDENDUM OF THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

1.   Item g Copy of Compliance to Technical Specifications as to form provided in the Technical Specifications.   2.   Item h Bid security in the amount stated in the BDS shall be equal to the percentage of the ABC in accordance with the following schedule: Form of Bid Security Amount of Bid Security (Equal to Percentage of the ABC) (a)Cash or cashier’s/manager’s check, issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank Two percent (2%) (b)  Bank Draft/Guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit(from Universal and/ or Commercial Bank) Two percent (2%)

 

 

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form part of
the bidding documents. Any provisions in the bidding documents that are
inconsistent with this bulletin is hereby amended, modified and superseded accordingly.
