SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW KILOWATT-HOUR METERS (CLASS 1) AND BRAND NEW SERVICE DROP WIRES

Supplemental Bid Bulletin No.07-2023 is being
issued to add certain provisions in the Bidding Documents for the
aforementioned projects;

 

ADDENDUM OF THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

 

1.  
Item g

Details
of Technical Specifications which include but not limited to manufacturer’s
detail of all items to tender showing the brand names of the product and
conformance to environmental compliance and relevant laws (product brochure/catalog).

2.  
Item h

     Copy of latest calibration test result
issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission showing the internal meter loss of
the kilowatt-hour meter to tender.

3.  
Item i

Copy
of Compliance to Technical Specifications as to form provided in the
Technical Specifications.

4.  
Item j

Bid security in the amount stated in the BDS
shall be equal to the percentage of the ABC in accordance with the following
schedule:

Cash or cashier’s/manager’s check, issued by a Universal or
Commercial Bank

Two percent (2%)

(b)  Bank
Draft/Guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit(from Universal and/ or
Commercial Bank)

Two percent (2%)

 

 This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form part of
the bidding documents. Any provisions in the bidding documents that are
inconsistent with this bulletin is hereby amended, modified and superseded accordingly.

2023 at QUIRELCO Main Office, Aurora East, Diffun, Quirino for the guidance and
information of all concerned.
